Savannah Heights Awards Ceremony is fast approaching on May 27th. Here is the most recent information that will help you plan for the Awards Day.
5th grade awards will be at 9:00 AM. Doors open at 8:30.
6th grade awards will be at 12:00 PM. Doors open at 11:30.
It is very important that students are at school before 7:30 we would hate for them to miss the bus to the awards and not be able to attend the ceremony.
Student Sign Out
This year parents will be allowed to check students out at the PAC center. Parents must complete the attached AWARDS DAY SIGN OUT FORM and return to the school by May 15th.
Ticket Information
Due to limited space each student will sign out 2 tickets. The tickets will go home on May 22nd. Tickets will be required to attend the ceremony. Please return any tickets that you would like to donate to another family. Donated tickets will be distributed on the day of the awards by first come and until they run out. There is no guarantee that there will be additional tickets available.
Day of Awards
Only students with the signed Student Sign Out Forms will be allowed to be signed out at the PAC center. The student will only be released to the parent/guardian that returned the form and must be listed in Skyward.
Air horns, helium balloons and confetti are not allowed at the PAC center.
Please refrain from handing out gifts or flowers to the student until after the ceremony and when you are checking the students out. The students will have to get back on the bus as soon as the ceremony is completed.

La ceremonia de premios de 5.º grado será a las 9:00 a. m. Las puertas abren a las 8:30 p. m.

Salida de Estudiantes
Este año, los padres podrán retirar a sus hijos en el centro PAC. Deben completar el formulario adjunto de salida para el día de premios y devolverlo a la escuela antes del 15 de mayo.
Información sobre las entradas
Debido al cupo limitado, cada estudiante retirará 2 entradas. Las entradas se enviarán a casa el 22 de mayo. Se requieren entradas para asistir a la ceremonia. Por favor, devuelva las entradas que desee donar a otra familia. Las entradas donadas se distribuirán el día de la ceremonia por orden de llegada y hasta agotar existencias. No se garantiza que haya entradas adicionales.
Día de Premios
Solo los estudiantes con los Formularios de Salida firmados podrán retirarse del centro PAC. El estudiante solo será entregado al padre/tutor que devolvió el formulario y debe estar registrado en Skyward.
No se permiten bocinas, globos de helio ni confeti en el centro PAC.
Por favor, absténgase de entregar regalos o flores al estudiante hasta después de la ceremonia y al momento de registrar su salida. Los estudiantes deberán regresar al autobús tan pronto como finalice la ceremonia.
