Somerset ISD invites parents to attend a Mindful Parenting session hosted by the THRIVE Center on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Professional Development Center, 7480 6th Street.
The session, “Building Connection & Emotional Awareness with Your Child,” will offer parents hands-on activities, including journaling and creative art exercises. Participants will explore their parenting styles, strengthen emotional awareness, and set goals for building stronger connections with their children.
Light refreshments will be provided. Somerset ISD looks forward to partnering with families to support the well-being and growth of every child.
