Homecoming is just around the corner! We invite the entire Somerset community to join us for a week-long celebration filled with school spirit, dress-up days, and community events.

Community Pep Rally & Burning of the “S”
📍 Bulldog Stadium Parking Lot | ⏰ 5:30 p.m., Burning of the “S” at 7:30 p.m.
Celebrate Bulldog pride with performances, eats, and treats from student vendors. Don’t miss the long-standing Somerset tradition of the Burning of the “S”.

City of Somerset Carnival Wristband Night
📍 City Park | ⏰ Begins at 5:30 p.m.
Somerset ISD is proud to partner with the City of Somerset to reward students for their achievements.

• Pre-K3, Pre-K4, and Kindergarten students with perfect attendance will receive free carnival wristbands.

• Grades 1–12 students on the A or A/B Honor Roll will also receive free wristbands.
  Eligible students will be notified by their campus. Wristbands are valid only on Thursday, October 23.

Somerset High School Homecoming Game vs. Pleasanton
📍 Bulldog Stadium | ⏰ Game begins at 7:00 p.m.
Tailgate festivities start at 5:00 p.m., with Homecoming activities kicking off around 5:30 p.m.
Wear your Bulldog blue and bring your Bulldog pride as we cheer on the SHS Varsity team against the Pleasanton Eagles!

City of Somerset Homecoming Parade: “Boots, Bling, & Cowboy Things”
📍 Main roads of Somerset | ⏰ Parade begins at 11:00 a.m.
Come early—streets will close at 9:45 a.m.—and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Homecoming Parade. Campuses and student groups will showcase their spirit as they compete for the Best Decorated Float award.
