Parent/Guardian and child must be present.
Parent/Guardian MUST bring the following documents in order to be considered for registration:
- Parent/Guardian- Texas State Issued ID/Driver's License, or Passport
- Proof of Address-Tax Statement, Utility Bill, Lease Agreement under the Parent/Guardian Name
- Up to Date Child’s Immunization record
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Social Security Card
- Proof of Income-1040 for 2022 , Pay Stub, Notarized Employer statement of Wages
Children in foster care, homeless children, and children from families receiving public assistance (TANF or SSI) are categorically eligible for Head Start and Early Head Start services regardless of income.
Please provide official proof of foster care or public assistance.
